day 4 ....

well this m orning was going to take bus as i took cab home yesterday. so pay 20.00 and then today i was going to take bus and fell on step and had to go back change clothes would have miss bus so took cab an had to spend another 15 more dollar forgot to bring lunch 7.00 but decide to cook bunch chicken tender 2 biscuist and peas . so i will have lunch dinner for few days. yeah decide is grandfather would have been his birthay and decide to start weight watcher on own. i dont need any food so im not buying food this week.

  1. I found that when I wanted to lose some weight and save money at the same time, I was better off buying fresh food from the supermarket and cooking at home. You really don't have to be that good of a cook, either! Just some grilled chicken or fish... you can eat it with steamed or sauteed veggies or add it to a salad. You can make it into a sandwich too!
    Don't get down on yourself when you "blow" your budget... life happens . That's why you're saving, so you can spend a bit more in an emergency!
